Policy

Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

COVID-19 POLICY:

Expect Shipping Delays due to Covid-19. We ship out all packages on time however, it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic.  We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays. 

PROCESSING TIME

This include Bundles, Closures, Frontals, Clipins, Sample Boxes, Ready to Ship Wigs, and Hair Accessories. (Processing time also shown in all product descriptions on product page)

The Processing time is Same Day for orders before 5pm and Next DAY for orders after 5pm

Custom items such as Custom Wigs and our Wig Construction Service (You Provide the Hair Wigs), have a processing period of 10-14 business days

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • (United States) 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Express. Order Must be placed by 4pm to meet Express Shipping Drop-off Deadline.
  • United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
  • (United States) 2-3 Business Day Shipping USPS First Class Mail
  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

  • This time does not include the processing period

  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

     

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us here. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date. There is a $30 Restock fee for cancellations. Cancellations are not accepted on orders with same day shipping. 

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Shipping

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • We offer shipping options at checkout that give customers the option to add insurance to their package. If the customer does not choose to protect their items with insurance, we will not be able to file any claims with the post office.
  • All Packages come with a Tracking number.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office HERE
